Keke and Lamarcus went above and beyond with helping me check and change a battery. Keke even got my wife a chair while we waited inside with our children. Lamarcus was patient and attentive to other issues we weren’t aware of. All in all the customer service at this location is impeccable!
Went for a new battery. Service was quick and everyone was helpful.
TJ was very helpful today, tested my battery, and could’ve convinced me to buy one, but he didn’t, he was honest and said the battery is not the issue. And I just really appreciate that. I will remember this when my battery time comes due for real!
The lady with the locs and beard growing in told me they don’t offer FREE OBD testing. I had to drive to another autozone for them to do it. Very much of an inconvenience.
