The selection of parts at AutoZone is pretty solid, and the staff is usually helpful when you need guidance. However, I've noticed that the wait times can be a bit long during busy hours, which can be frustrating. Overall, a decent place to get what you need for your car.
Derrick was amazing helping me switch out my engine air filter he didn’t need to but he did and helped me fix the things around it! I appreciate it very much definitely will be back. Harry was great as well! Very nice and helpful.
This is the best Auto Zone, I am always greeted and asked if I need help. If my parts are not in stock, they are sent FEDEX in an expedited manner. 6 stars if I could give it!!
Had my wiper blades and checked in the system if they fit my vehicle 🤷♂️
Auto zone Hyannis can’t care about their employees or customers if they leave the parking lot like this. I’m rating it the worst plowed parking lot in hyannis. They didn’t even try and it’s been a week since the snow arrived. Need 4x4 to get a parking spot. Despicable.
