Robert was awesome today. We broke down on 20, alternatorwent out. Boom no power, nothing. We are not from here and we are headed to dallas. I called autozone and spoke with robert told him of my situation and he came and pick me up. I have never had anybody be so nice from an auto parts store. AutoZone is the place to go when you need service. Nice team. After purchasing a battery foe my vehicle the guys installed it.
Both representatives, Artis and the sales manager were wonderful and assisted me in a timely manner. They quickly figured out with the problem was and I was able to correct the issue.
