We were driving back from Jeep Invasion in Gatlinburg to south central Indiana and my jeep started giving us issues. We stopped at this Auto Zone and from the time we walked in until close to 2 hours later, the customer service was amazing! Richard was beyond helpful in getting us what we needed and helping us figure out the issue. Super thankful we stopped at this Auto Zone
The sales manager Richard is always kind and courteous and goes above what customer service should be. He definitely gives the WOW service. Thank you so much Autozone.
