Half the time the store is empty, and you have to wait 10-15 minutes for somebody to come to the counter. The other half of the time they don't have the part you need, or can't find it. Cannot tell you how many times I've had to find the right part number on their own website in the time it takes their incompetent staff to look up a single part. Absolutely ridiculous.
My fiancé and I went here today at 1:20 and the customer service was horrible! We couldn’t find anyone in this store for about 10 minutes. We thought maybe someone had gotten hurt and was gonna dial 911 because we were even yelling for someone all that time. The guy did end up appearing from the back clearly looking as if he was bothered by our presence. He was very short and rude with his answers.
