Amazing, knowledgeable and so helpful. Manager Eden was excellent and I will choose this location to return to for all my car needs.
I love going to the Herrin Autozone! Eden especially went above and beyond the basic customer service expectations. She helped me add coolant to my car one day and she has educated me more than anyone else has on car information. She is so sweet and helpful and I am so happy that I am able to walk into the store and not feel like I am being upsold on things I don't need!
Have had several issues with wrong parts or rude staff
I had to take my mother's Chevy Malibu to get a new battery installed. Let me just say that Addison was very helpful!! He was fast and friendly and made changing the battery seem like a breaze! He didn't just try to sell me the most expensive option, but made sure I knew the positives and negatives of choosing a cheaper option. I've always had good experiences at this AutoZone and highly recommend it.
