This autozone in harrisburg illinois is in need of manager retraining with a focus on customer retention, unfortunately the current manager Mr. John belt prefers to use confrontational tactics. I was personally abused verbally by this current manager and I had to call the district and regional management to make them aware of Mr. Belts attitude and approach.
