Wish I could give zero stars! I was in the store today to buy a battery and an employee came out to test my battery first. Said my battery was 100%. I said are you sure it wouldn't start 10 minutes ago at walmart because battery was critically low. Then he said nope all good went inside and proceeded to just leave ( THE EMPLOYEE). TOLD MY Father in law wires were probably just loose. A couple hours later I go to start its, doesn't want to start. Had a friend come test the battery. 3 cranking amps and only 10v on the battery.... read more
the staff there was absolutely amazing me and my friend pulled in 4 hours away from home with a broken exhaust pipe we needed wired up to get home and john called all the local shops and when all of them were full walt was so kind that he took his time to wire it up and made sure we were good to get home thank you so much aledo, il auto zone you are amazing!!!!!!!!!
