Customer service was great Ben was a great helping person with a great smile thank you Ben
Pretty bad customer service. I walked in and there is no obvious place to line up and wait, so I went and lined up near the first computer /register where it looked like you should line up. All 3 cashier's looked at me and said nothing. I figured they were busy so I waited for like 5 minutes while just being ignored. A guy walked in and everyone told him welcome and he got in line like 5 feet from me, and the guy working the check out took him and continued to straight ignore me. Web site sucks
My experience there has always been great, I love the rewards program and the customer service is amazing! My last experience was with Kekoa Cruz and he was especially kind and willing to help. He has a great work ethic and was ready to help me find the best deals. Mahalo to all the AutoZone ohana!
The manager was very helpful trying to help me find what I needed!
