Jenny is always helpful, professional and knowledgeable. It’s hard to go to any other location because I have to deal with people that are either not patient or keep asking for things that are not needed like year/make/model when I’m providing the part numbers. I came in first thing in the morning, which was open earlier than Oreillys, and Dex greeted me and helped me find the proper rental tools to use. I had returned 3-4 times, needing more and more tools, and Dex continued to help. I even shared my struggle to remove a bearing and he went down the aisle with me to see if there was something I could buy. He found a tool I could use on the slide hammer that would do the trick.
