I’m from upstate ny and visited my daughter in Gulf Breeze on January 6th 2026. Went out to my truck to leave for the beach and my truck was dead. Jumped it with my port pack and drove to Autozone. I don’t remember names, but 2 gentlemen working there were more than helpful. Tested my battery and actually downloaded my info from my truck on what they found for diagnostics. Printed it and gave me a copy. Great guys!!! Thank you again for taking the time to test out my truck.

Shawn was excellent. I had an issue with my vehicle and he tested the battery and showed me that wasn't the issue. He saved me from buying a battery I didn't need. Then he spotted that my drivers side wiper was broken, had the replacement available and put it on. Great customer service.
