I went in looking for wiper blades. 4 people behind the counter talking and laughing, nobody offered to help me.
Amazing customer service. friendly staff. William O was very helpful and assisted me with my headlight and even gave me recommendations for local mechanics if needed.
Poor service from Janaya... asked me for the last six digits... but didn't reference what six digits she needed, as if I could read her mind. I needed the back right tail light bulb for my vehicle, she sat there clueless. Took a picture for reference and visual, she gave a blank stare... just sad. No initiative was given, not certain if it's lack of training, knowledge or whatever, just needed help!!!
