I went in to have my battery charged and alternator check and I got told I would have someone come outside to help me in a minute and I proceeded to sit outside in the car for 25 minutes with no assistance and I had to then walk in and ask again for help. This stores customer service needs work and I am not happy with this stores customers service at all. Very disappointed
Highly recommend!!Courteous and tentative service. Greated as soon as I walked in the door. The store manager Hairm was helpful and honest and helped me get the correct battery for my truck and showed me how to install it.
I had to get my battery changed by using my warranty. Elijah provided the best customer service. He smiled and was professional in looking up my information but what scored the 5/5 was that it was raining buckets and he put on his yellow raincoat and went in the rain to fix my battery. What great service. I totally recommend this store. Ask for Elijah, you will have a great experience.
Very thankful Robert and David helped me replace my car battery when I arrived just 3 minutes before closing time.
Adrian Delgado helped my wife and I with a dead battery. He was fast, efficient and went above and beyond! We came in and told him our issue, he immediately assessed the situation. Then told us the battery needed, and without hesitation, came out and replaced the battery. If management reads this, Adrian needs a raise!!!
