Helpful Staff. Just do NOT let them touch your vehicle if you have a nice paint job. The employee insisted on helping install windshield wiper and left 10+ scratches on my truck from his belt. AS WELL AS OPENED UP THE PACKAGE ON MY HOOD.. leaving more and more scratches. I appreciate the customer service and good attitudes and help. But be more cautious please. Angel Maury at the Keystone Heights location is absolutely an asset to the company! He is the hardest worker at this location and should be the GM! Wow he treats this business as if it is his own and ensures the customers are 100% satisfied!
Great guys very helfull
I was at the store this morning Mar. 24 at 8:30 am. The young kid behind the counter dropped the F bomb no less than 8 or 10 times. I told the kid he worked in a public place, he may want to watch his language. It wouldn’t be good if someone’s kids or wife were there. I get it he’s young, but the older gentleman he was working with should have known better.
Order 2 belts for our car with Michael at this Keystone Heights location, he told me they would have them the next day by 1230. Went to pick them up and Michael only ordered 1 belt. We had to drive 60 miles to another store to get the other belt since I had hired a mechanic to put them on that day, wasted 3 hours because of his incompetence. I will say Jacob, (yes I know I spelled it wrong, he spells it on a fancy way I can't remember!), went out of his way to help us locate the other belt we needed.
