Great Autozone! Darion is really awesome, he helps me find parts that I need in a timely manner! The store manager Dave is really awesome too. Very helpful, overall great place for auto parts.
Terrible service they ask you to return the core of a battery for after delivering it they did not refund me the core I went three days in a row to claim my core and not even the manager David in charge did not know how to solve the problem he told me to be the next day a lack of respect that they tell me that I am going every day and it does not solve the problem I felt robbed by them. I wouldn't come back to that store, bad service.
Terrible customer service. I had a return of a core and they didn't refund my money 💴 due to computer failures I returned the next day the next day for the refund of the core the manager David personally took care of making the refund and never gave me the money. They should fire the manager I felt robbed. 3 days in a row spent in the store and they never solved it.
While on vacation in Sarasota, my car battery died and left me stranded. Darrion the manager on duty at AutoZone provided exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in. He listened carefully, asked the right questions about my vehicle and travel plans, then recommended and installed the perfect battery for my situation with a genuine smile.
