I have used autozone many times in the padt. I just purchased a used vehicle, and it is the first one I ever had with leather seats. After looking up info online, I was frustrated at the same review posted on numerous sites, so when I went out to run errands, I put them on my list. Very disappointed in service here. Came in with a battery so bad that every time I turn my truck off it would not start again. I bought the battery here 2 years ago with a 3-year warranty. They refused to change it for me because they do not change batteries with electrical panels on top. Which made no sense to me because they changed it for me 2 years prior when I had bought it.
