I brought in my tag light bulb showed it to the guy and the poor fella wanted the vin number to my vehicle to find it. Bless his heart.
Having been purchasing from this store for several years. Today was the last time I will walk in to this place, being visually impaired (hopefully temporarily), I walked in with an injector I needed 8 sets of STOCK o-rings for, the service rep just said Isle 6, I explained I couldn't see and needed help, he said 'just eyeball up the size' (yep, after telling him I couldn't see), what we have is in isle 6, a customer tried to help me, to no avail, another rep gave a half hearted effort but they never even looked at the part n... read more

Mike made my experience absolutely exceptional. As a woman, I’m unfortunately used to being treated as if I don’t know what I’m talking about when I walk into auto stores—but Mike was the complete opposite. He was incredibly professional, treated me with respect, and took the time to help me find the parts I needed. He even assisted me with a code reader for my latest car project. I truly appreciated the way he handled everything, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
