Currently afternoon staff on the weekend lacks knowledge and honestly act like they could care less whether or not you get parts from them, refusing to look up parts, very disappointed in the service

I cannot say enough amazing things about Kiki! I stopped at AutoZone in the middle of a stressful road trip with car issues, and she went above and beyond to help me. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable and kind, but she literally stood outside in the pouring rain to help fix the issue with my car. She treated me like a priority, not just another customer, and made sure I felt safe and taken care of before continuing my drive.
