Don't know why we go there, every time we go there either we get attitude or a person who doesn't have any knowledge of motor vehicles. Also their parts inventory is terrible, didn't even spark plugs for a Dodge small block V8.
Jeremy went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Took his time to show me what the issue was, fix it, and explained what caused it. Best location around here for vehicle issues.
I came in to return my headlight bulb, and James offered to come out and change it for me instead. I said good luck because it was hard to reach in my car which is why I was returning it to get it done at a place. It was a pain to do, but he went above and beyond and got it done! He was super sweet, and friendly, and I am so thankful for his help. Give this man a raise now!
