This place is my people, it's only store in town. I go get my parts from. AutoZone always has had a good selection of parts, but the store has a good selection of people highly recommended if you live in the area.
I had an amazing experience today in Lacento AutoZoan , employee who was helping me was James, he went above and beyond assisting me with choosing a product, and when probably assessing my blank look, offer his assistance with putting fluid in my vehicle, absolutely amazing customer service, great compassion towards complete stranger. As I was reading the reviews OF COURSE , and kept reading about maybe not getting the key fob MADE there. But all the great comments on employees going above and beyond to help fix them or whatever. Well I called first thing this morning on a Thursday morning. At opening and nicely asked “ may I pay you to look at my key fob , it was working last night, and just stopped?
