Purchased part online then 2 weeks later after not receiving the part or call of the part coming in to be picked up, the nice manger tells me I didn't pay for it . After I proudly showed him my receipt and bank statements had to get his manager involved to then have the bigger dog tell me sorry sir, I will personally call you tomorrow when your product arrives. The following day go to get my item and another employee stats I need to pay for it what a joke. Store manager is a joke
I went to this Autozone today because I had a modified oil pressure line that was stuck on the car in a weird spot. The rep I spoke with (really wish I got his name) understood the situation, helped explore various options, and eventually helped me get creative to find the tool I needed. Because of his help, I got the job done today instead of way later. Thank you.
