Called to get a quote on breaks and rotors for my jeep. Guy said his name was frank. Guy was rude, told me to get rid of my jeep and buy a Ford. Didnt give me an accurate price because he had a store full of people. What has customer service come to?
I can't say enough good things about the service I received today at AutoZone. Claire, the Manager, was kind, helpful and definitely knew her product. I have been to the store in the past and always received great service but Claire's approach made my day. She helped me find the product I needed and installed it for me. I hope you visit the store, you won't be disappointed
Awesome experience! They went above and beyond and replaced my windshield wipers for me on a snowy day.
Super clean and friendly store, Claire especially. She helped me locate what I needed and got me checked out in a timely manner with the best attitude.
