I did an online order, paid for the order. I got an email stated the order was ready. Went to the Branford Auto Zone to collect my order . I ask the so called employee at the counter for my order. She tells me that they don't have the item in stock. I asked then why did you complete my order as ready? She stated the computer was screaming at me so I clicked something so it would shut it up. This was on 09/10/2026 around 9am. Very unprofessional and disappointing! DO BETTER!
