The store manager, Chris, doesn’t have any basic knowledge about cars. If you mess with him, he will give you the wrong part. Seriously, he’s required to put information in the system (computer), then the system tells him what to pull off the shelves. This guy can’t even get that right! So, basically, you don’t need education to be the store manager of AutoZone.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this AutoZone location. This was actually the second store I had to visit due to a previous poor experience, and unfortunately, this one was even worse. I came in with a clear warranty issue—a leaking battery, which is a safety concern and should be handled without hesitation. Instead, the manager, Clark, was sarcastic, rude, disrespectful and completely unknowledged about the company policy. Ordered a piece to be sent to this location has been over a week never got the part.. tired of AutoZone all of them pretty much suck equally.. Advanced autos will be getting my money for now on.
Staff is amazing!!! Deem to always have what we need.
