I had a flashing check engine light and my car was acting up as I headed south through Lake Shasta area. I called a few minutes before closing on the Sunday before the Labor Day holiday. Keith and his colleague waited for me to arrive a few minutes after closing. Their device detected no stored code but Keith had a more comprehensive unit at his house just a few minutes away and asked if I'd wait while he fetched it. Of course! I recently had a cooling system nightmare happen to my 2008 Xterra on highway 5 and pulled in to Yreka to the Auto Zone where Chris and the rest of the crew got me all the parts I needed and sold me the tools I needed to fix it right there.
500 miles from home 100 degrees outside I believe Dave Came outside, Put the scope on the vehicle found the code and then Work with me to see if I could possibly replace it myself. It was very helpful with a great attitude. We all need employees like him give that man a raise.
