Terrible customer service. Paid almost 200.00 dollars and got oil changes for both my vehicles and the guy tells me they don't sell oil change stickers what a lazy liar.
First time I've ever had an issue but the little guy that usually helps me wasn't there so that could have played a part in it. it should be discussed with employees all of ages, managers not excluded that if you work frontline in customer service you shouldn't have a loud conversation that's not beneficial for the workplace nor outside of it if we're being honest then ask people if they need help after they finish their conversation. Very unprofessional. Do better if you're going to represent a big company like that.
