I found myself in need of a battery after 6 p.m. I called four other places and they could not take care of me. I went to this AutoZone and Lena B. assured me Miranda could take care of me. Miranda found the battery, installed it, checked my vehicle out and I was on my way within an hour. She did it without complaining and lots of grace and professionalism.
Phillip M at AutoZone on Supercenter Drive in Calera Alabama just gave us the BEST service. He went above and beyond helping with a potential transmission issue which was very reassuring since we were visiting from out of state. He was knowledgeable, respectful, courteous and took the time to educate us on the problem. Highly recommend!!
