I am car clueless. Mr. Michael Taylor helped and educated me about my car. He really took his time and explained things to me and made sure I had the correct items for my specific car.

We were traveling home from vacation. The turbo hose kept coming loose and we would lose power. Michael Taylor one of the managers there went to tighten the clamp on the hose and discovered it was stripped. The issue was fixed for $4.99 with a new clamp and we made it back to Nashville!
