We had excellent service here. The staff we very helpful and very nice. They were knowledgeable and resourceful when helping us get our car working. I highly recommend this Auto Zone.
My family and I went on a road trip to Atlanta and on the way home my mom’s car ended up breaking down on the interstate. We were able to get roadside assistance quickly and were dropped off at Autozone. Immediately being dropped off there Zaych was on his way outside to take a look at the car. Zaych and Ethan helped us find out what was wrong with our car. They really did everything they could to help us out and I appreciate them so much. They went above and beyond to help us while three hours away from our hometown.
My car broke down on the interstate on the way home from vacation. I made the decision to have it towed to Auto Zone. They were extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem. They went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed since we had to spend the night in Greenville unexpectedly until the car part came in the next day. We can't thank Ethen, Zaych, and Caleb for their help when we really needed it. Thank you to their supervisor as well. They care about their customers. We appreciate your help!
