I was in AutoZone 10/16/2025 And there was a lady that was there that help me too she was nice and found some one that could help me with put a battery in my car so she call the man name zaych that came to help me he was nice and was really respectful and helpful he help me get back on the road so that I could get where I was going and he took his time on put the battery in my car
On 10/18/25 I was traveling back home with my 2 kids and my check engine light comes on. I pulled over in an unfamiliar area to find an autozone. Went inside this location I’m stressed out and I met this awesome you guy, Zaych. He checked my code and then went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. On 10-1-25 I entered auto zone to purchase a part for my truck to see a red head grey shirt have another gray shirt older gentlemen against a rack yelling and flaring arms at him which made me very uncomfortable to even want to be there and was so unwelcoming for me I will no longer be purchasing from that Auto zone I will go where I fell welcomed and comfortable. This is not the first time I have seen this red head grey shirt do this to the same employee and a woman grey shirt employee.
