Just had to fix my mother inlaws fiesta in a parking lot and thanks to Justin who works here I was able to get it done. He not only helped get me the parts I needed but also made sure I had the tools to get it done, he even pulled up a YouTube video to make sure I knew how to use the loaner tool. I appreciate the help he offered and would strongly suggest whoever this guy's boss is to offer him a raise, it's rare to get that type of service these days. Thanks again!
I went into the Frazer Auto Zone because my engine light was on. A young lady name Azrael helped me by checking my engine and my battery. Good customer service is so very hard to find these days. I can truly say I was very pleased with the service that I received from Azrael. With a smile!
This store is exceptional the help was amazing and it felt really personal and direct answered all the questions and was very nice and cool.
