Got transmission oil for my car. I like auto zone in general. Most of their employees are knowledgeable of cars, they will help you in solving your problems with their recommendations as well they will help you with the minore work like changing your wipers, fuses, lights, check your battery and alternator. All this service free. Plus finding the reason of your check engine. Thanks auto zone.
Came in with what I thought was a battery problem but Brandon checked out my car with me and explained my battery is fine and I actually have an issue with my starter and or engine mount. Could’ve played me for an $200 but instead educated me on what my problem actually is. Brandon has honesty and integrity. I look forward to coming here for all my car part issues in the future.
The most amazing experience ever! I stopped in 15 min before they closed to get a code deciphered for my jeep. Anthony J. came right out, printed the readout, explained the code and what was recommended to fix the problem. No pressure, just an honest explanation to a female customer. What great customer svc!!! Won't go anywhere else! (Anthony the mngr on duty was also very friendly -great staff)
