I went to this store looking for a battery for my mom's car. Azrale was above and beyond helpful!! And then I had to go back the next day to get oil for the car and Tony took phenomenal care of me as well! They aren't allowed to touch the cars. But he gave me all of the supplies I needed and came outside to watch me pour the oil since I have never done it! I have to say everyone at this store was very nice and very informed! I was calling on behalf of my mother who was having car battery issues. When I called someone name Tony answered and he was professional and courteous. I assisted me with questions and concerns. Tony gets 5 stars from me.
After a long day of trying to get my dead battery swapped out within warranty and going to many different Autozone locations to no avail, I finally ended up at this location. I explained my experience today to Trisha and was greeted with sympathy and understanding. She immediately got to work on getting my issue solved and got me my new battery! I’m sure if I wouldn’t have ran into her my problems would’ve never been solved. Great service, come here first!
