Alex was so wonderful in changing my battery out for free. The other auto zone had trouble since the battery is all tucked in and recommended I get it changed by mechanic. When I can here I did let Alex know about the issue but that didn't stop him from trying and although it was a little difficult he figured it out and put it in with no problem. Very knowledgeable. Will definitely go here again.
It ohh boy..when u need a hand. AutoZone for life.. love u all caus u fix me up or I do self service style.. always helpful people in there..
Alex and Rosa fretted me joyfully as I entered the store. Found the parts I needed really fast. Due to the great service I get at this location it’s the only auto parts store I use in las cruces!!!
Dude I loved this AutoZone, the female manager is amazing. I switched from O'Reilly's to AutoZone because of the level of service. But Alejandro is horrible! I will change my review back to a 5 but right now you guys deserve 1 star. I was just returning a rental and he had the worse attitude. And I was patient and waited 5 mins for him to search for a part he couldn't find for a phone call guest, and for him to come at me with that type of aggression
