Perfect customer service. So upset that I didn’t get the 3 men names that were working this past Sunday 10/5. I pulled up with my engine overheating. They checked my hood with 1000% effort to make sure I was able to get back home in Jefferson City. He didn’t find any leaks, filled me up with coolant and I was able to get home. Also provided me with extra antifreeze and a leak sealant to make sure I would be able to make it home in case it started overheating again (It didn’t) Thank Yall
LOVE this location!! Employees are so helpful and able to assist me in my car necessities. I’ve pulled up twice now with battery issues and they’ve had me fixed up and back on the road in minutes! Note to always get the warranty!!! This is my top AutoZone location and will continue to recommend them to my friends and coworkers
I had the best experience with BJ at the Creve Coeur location who went above and beyond to help me with a battery fix. He was very friendly and professional!
Been here three times and ever time was terrible customer service. First trip they didn’t have more than 3 dollars in the register and I paid with a $20 bill guy asks if I have smaller bills lol and then took about five minutes to find change then gave a a random amount of coins as he “said sorry forgot what I owed you but this is close” Second visit walked in staff on cell phone and was told no one is able to walk out to test a battery was told they had time tomorrow Third visit they had no 3m erase wheels or spray adhesive... read more
