Been here three times and ever time was terrible customer service. First trip they didn’t have more than 3 dollars in the register and I paid with a $20 bill guy asks if I have smaller bills lol and then took about five minutes to find change then gave a a random amount of coins as he “said sorry forgot what I owed you but this is close” Second visit walked in staff on cell phone and was told no one is able to walk out to test a battery was told they had time tomorrow Third visit they had no 3m erase wheels or spray adhesive... read more
Came in to swap a bad battery, staff was excellent and helpful!
Employee told us he was to tired to answer queations or help. Manager didn't care. Reginal manager said he would take care of it. Still dont know what is wrong with car. AVOID This Auto zone on Olive.
