I was very impressed with the staff's (Ernest, I believe) willingness to help me. I stopped in with a dead battery while in St. Louis from out of town on a Sunday afternoon. Not only did he help me get what I needed, he also took time out of his day to install it for me. I'm not sure what I would have done otherwise. I definitely wouldn't have made it home that afternoon!
Went to Autozone to get my car battery tested . Unfortunately it was the culprit and bought the top tier Duracell Gold battery $232 for my VW Tiguan. After I bought it ,the manager Ernest, said he’ll also will install it too. I was soooo surprise especially after he said there’s no cost to the install. It took less then 10minutes (only cos the clamp was stuck)and it started my car perfectly. There was amber warning Start/stop which Ernest said it will reset/clear once I drove for about 10minutes. Ernest Riley is Best employee he goes above and beyond, he’s helping me change out my battery. I’m taking a trip all the way to California. He recognized the issue and is helping me fix the problem. Blessed this man and all his doing’s
Great service! My man, Ernest, helped me replace my battery and test to see if the alternator was working properly. Will go back if I ever have car trouble in the 314!
The staff at this location is excellent. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend. Ernest is the best!
