Curt at this Autozone is amazing! I was broke down on the side of the road 15 minutes down the road and he was kind enough to DELIVER the parts I needed to me. I had cash to pay for the parts and he brought me exact change. I couldn't be more blessed! Thank you Curt! Oriellys turned me down.
Shout out to Mr. Curt!! I'm from about an hour south of Houston but my truck broke down about 20 minutes from AutoZone in Cartbridge and he came to me and brought me a new alternator, let me cool down in his truck, helped make dealing with core charge and change for my cash as easy as possible through a stressful time. Just like any other store every place has their hiccups but I'll never undergrad any parts dealer because that's something that's in high in demand and keeping up with the community is hard enough service with a smile is always expected they accomplish it daily
I walked in looking for a headlight and Richard met me at the door to help. He had me fixed up and out the door in 5 mins. Such a friendly and professional encounter. Highly recommend!
