If you want to receive some attitude and bad vibes this place is the best. Went to buy a car battery and instead of having a true costumer service, I received attitude from some Asian guy and when I asked for the manager I received attitude from the management. I really think that this message should be directed to the main office and the management the same as the employees should be fired , this is the first and last time coming to this auto zone.

The absolute RUDEST and LAZIEST place I've ever walked into. I ordered a battery for my vehicle. It was delivered to my home. I was going to switch it out myself, but the weather had gotten extremely bad. After waiting out the storm, I got a jump and drove to the Freehold location. I figured to them, it'd be a 1,2,3 in between the breaks in the storm we were getting.
