Hempstead autozone is the absolute best! Lisa, Veronica, and Byron were amazing help. My fiance and I broke down and barely made it there. We were able to scan codes, and they recommended a local mechanic. Lisa was a wonderful host while we waited in the AC and able to use restrooms while working through rental car, tow trucks, and mechanic shops. Such great small town hospitality going above and beyond to help us find local assistance. Thank y’all so much!!!
Lisa and Veronica are THE BEST!! I called a few minutes before closing, with a dead battery and they waited for me to arrive 5 minutes before closing! Veronica was amazing and changed my battery. Lisa offered me a cold drink. 5 STAR customer service!
