This is my favorite AutoZone in the area. They give me exactly what I want. Very helpful. Awesome attitude. They don't second guess my choices and are always willing to answer my questions. They have a clean store that is well stocked.
Called and specifically made sure they had a part in stock before I came. Drove 40 minutes to get said part, and of course, after 20 minutes looking in the store, they can't find it. The guy i spoke to on the phone said it was in his hand and I even put a hold on the part. This store and philadelphia ms are hands down the worst I've ever tried to buy parts from in any state. This is the last incident in a large volume of problems i have with this chain. It's OK, amazon delivers next day. Good luck autozone!
My tire blew out and Brian changed it for me during his lunch. God bless him. I will be an autozone shopper for life now.
Placed an online order to buy puller and slide hammer. Showed in stock for pickup ordered. Order showed complete ready for pickup. Show up to get the tools and only have the slide hammer. Waste of my time had to ask about the other piece before even being told they don’t have it. Poor customer service a call or email would have saved me wasting my time going to pickup something that’s not available.
