I went in to find a cabin filter for my car , they did not have my filter. But in walking up and down every aisle never came to ask me if I needed help (I was looking for odd items for a 16 yr olds birthday). They were just talking behind the counter.
Took our Caravan to Autozone to check the battery because the engine wouldn't turn over. The ignition was just clicking. The guy at the counter "tested" the battery and said it was fine. It didn't need to be replaced. So we took the van to the mechanic who tested the battery and said it was wasn't holding a charge and needed to be replaced. So thanks Autozone for costing us 3 times the price of a new battery with diagnostic and labor cost.
This weekend, I made two trips to AutoZone, and both experiences left me feeling puzzled by the behavior of an older gentleman who worked there. During my first visit, I simply needed a few items. As I approached the checkout, I noticed he seemed visibly irritated at the thought of helping me. I chalked it up to a long day and shrugged off his demeanor.
