Just left Autozone about an hour ago and Eric the Store manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. ( had an issue with wiper arm ) I am not one to write reviews but Eric deserved a five ⭐️ rating for sure. Thank you for your help! Everyone at this New Britain have been extremely helpful throughout the years of me going there. Highly recommend!!
When I needed an alternator and a battery for my car, I went to the New Britain AutoZone where Eric assisted me. He was helpful and knowledgeable and found exactly what my car needed. My mechanic had a problem with the alternator so he returned it and was given a new alternator. Eric again was professional and helpful. The employees at the new Britain store are polite and informative. I recommend them highly!
I needed a belt for my snow blower and the man who was there during a 20" snow storm match the belt for me! So gratefull thank you!
After a recent snowstorm, while cleaning off my car, one of my windshield wiper blades came off, a piece fell out, and I was unable to get it securely fastened back in place. Believing I needed a new wiper blade, I went to AutoZone the next day and explained to AutoZone employee, Anthony the problem. Anthony was so helpful and came out to take a look at it.
