I went to the New Britain location to get a tire plug repair kit, had a huge nail driven in my tire and was almost flat. I bought the kit and asked the associate if they had a portable pump I could use to do the repair in their lot and pump it up enough to get me to another place for a full fill. The young gentlemen Kevon, was very kind and lively. He said let me just do it for you. I’ve always been a huge fan of Autozone. When pricing out their oil change specials (especially when including bundles with an air/oil filter) it can be equally competitive to Walmart, if not better. In regards to this location, the customer service is hit or miss. Once went on a weekday morning around 11, and the staff was super friendly. On the weekends however…not sure what the issue is. First time being to this AutoZone cause I needed a part no other AutoZone had and when I got there the entire staff went above and beyond to help me out and find the part I needed. They treated me like family and I highly recommend this AutoZone. Very knowledgeable staff Thank u for an amazing experience will shop there again
People are nice and coupled with the website on my phone, things were very easy to find
