Knowledgeable stuff
I was having some difficulty with my headlights, so I visited this location for help. Anthony L took great care of me, changed out my headlights in a timely manner and was so friendly and kind the whole while. Wonderful customer service, I will most definitely be coming back to this location.
New management blows, didn’t have any of the parts I need in stock, and the part they gave me was the wrong part but correct packaging. Never had this kind of experience at any auto zone. Won’t be going back.
Store manager was the best!! Was a huge help. Thank you! Recommend stopping here for all your needs they will take care of you! :)
Experienced Racism: Went in for a check engine light diagnosis. Two folks at the shop at around 6:30 on a Monday night (09/28). One on front desk and the other doing something in the store. Great experience with the front desk guy who helped with thie issue, and printed out the results - excellent customer service. Unfortunately - One star rating is for the racist kid at the back of the store in the red t-shirt. He chose to act his age and show his disdain for people of color.
