Manager (had an accent) extremely rude. Computer stated they had 2 of the particular parts needed (Rainex Wipers ) $23.99+tx Associate goes to look for them only to bring 1 to the counter. She stated, " I looked everywhere... even Overstock an I couldn't find the 2nd one we have according to the system." I have a Mercedes GLA and Dylan changed my battery out for me with no problem. He was so pleasant and respectful. I really appreciate his customer service. It’s hard to find nowadays. I will make sure I return when I need to purchase anything else.
