I went into Autozone in Crawfordville to purchase a strap to secure my battery and to ask if they could check my car because it had been acting like it didn't want to start. There was a heavy set man with a mixed gray beard I didn't get his name. I explained that my maintenance required light and engine light was on. I just had oil change a few weeks ago. UPDATE: I visited on yesterday, 9/2/25, and Michael provided great customer service assisting me! I went today (2.25.25) and Noah was awesome!!! Exceptional customer service and he was very patient and professional with me. He didn't oversell me either! He represents AutoZone so well!!!! Thank you, Noah!
