If i could leave a negative I would. I live 80 miles away. I called asked for a specific spark plug. They said yes they had them in stock. I drive 80 miles to pick up, the number on the box is different, I ask are you sure? They say yes its the same. Drive 80 miles home to find out it is NOT compatible.
Victor was incredibly helpful! I had a challenging issue with my battery and a terminal that didn't quite fit right. He replaced both and had me on my way in no time. Thank you Victor!!
On Wednesday 9/18 I went in the store to buy wiper blades and a young man was working the counter.(unfortunately I dont remember his name)I was told he was new but he was very helpful and nice. He also learned how to install wiper blades that day from (I'm assuming his manager) who was also very nice and helpful. Thank you guys for all your help.
