Twice now the staff have looked up the wrong parts for my vehicle. The young man I dealt with this time had a bad attitude also. Seemed like he didn't want to be there.
Aweful company. Ive worked in the customer service industry/management for years and NEVER have seen the way your two lady managers speak to anyone. Maybe schedule someone hours they can work. Cant expect someone to be there when they got kids to get on the bus and to daycare.
