Traveling through town and needed a new battery. Tech would not install a new battery stating there were only 2 people working (I was the only one at the store). The tech suggested I try Oreilly’s down the street. Oreilly’s got a new battery installed and they were able to do it with one person working. Through this, I will use Oreillys moving forward. Been an Autozone customer my entire life.
Husband’s truck broke down. Made it to autozone to check the battery. Old guy was rude. Wouldn’t help jump off the truck. Said he had to get back in the store. He and another clerk were in the store. Only 3 customers at the time. I drove from home to autozone to jump him off. Manager kept looking out the window but wouldn’t offer any help. All customers are now gone. Picked up an alternator today. Store was clean and the associates were polite and helpful. Gabbi helped with my order and covered all aspects of terrific customer service.
