Employees don't look at inventory when a customer calls to see about a part. I had a vehicle that blew a radiator hose on Interstate 22 so I called Autozone because thats who I prefer to do business with. Guy picks up the phone gets the vehicle information. He proceeds to tell me that he has the part that I am trying to locate which was a top radiator hose. Very helpful crew here! They’ve been there for me during many times of automotive need.
Purchased an oil sending unit socket. Socket was defective and would not go all the way down on the unit. Carried it back and was told they could only give store credit for it. All the sockets were the same way. I’ll never be back
