I cannot rave about this location enough! Umar was incredibly helpful. I recently purchased a vehicle. The license plates bolts were giving me a hard time. Umar helped me figure out which bolts I needed and took off the rusted ones for me in 100 degree weather. He was kind and professional.
This place is the worst auto part store I have ever been too. I been working on cars for 30 years. Extreme laziness, not reliable. Stay away. This place is a dump.
We were traveling from Florida to NY and there was a low oil message on the dashboard. We found the Gunston Plaza Auto Zone and asked if they could help us with the oil as well as the battery. Erol B was kind enough to come out to the car to check the oil and the battery. He then helped us to select the correct oil for the car and he was kind enough to add the oil to the engine so that we could finish our trip. He also checked the battery which was not fully charging. Andy was very helpful in figuring out exactly which part I needed, and taught me a couple things I didn't know about my car. Unfortunately, they didn't have the part in stock (it's an older car), and it was an emergency, so I had to shop elsewhere. But customer service from Andy was excellent.
