Outstanding Customer Service and Convenience I had a great experience this morning at the AutoZone location on Gunston Plaza in Lorton. One of the things I appreciate most about this store is how convenient it is—they open early, which was a huge help when I needed to pick up parts and get started on a project right away. If zero stars were an option, I would choose that rating. The employee appeared unhappy in their role, and it showed in the overall atmosphere. If this position is no longer a good fit, it may be worth considering a different opportunity that is more fulfilling

Great experience for me! I was having a bad start to my bad because of unfortunate events I had to come in immediately to get new windshield wipers. The associate manager, I believe his name was JB or something B, went above and beyond to help me! I was able to get a new set of windshield wipers and made what was going to be a bad day for me … much better!
