1 star. Bought a battery at the Lorton, VA store on Oct 3rd evening. The employee who installed it was very rude. I only told him one bolt was stuck, and he told me to shut up and let him do his job. I know how to install a battery, I was just trying to give him a heads up. Very unprofessional. I have shopped here before with no problem, but I will go to a different location from now on.
One of the worst managed businesses I’ve been in. Owner/managers have no clue what they’re doing.
Slowest service 3 guys in there on their phones. I asked the guy who finally looked up to help me check and make sure my part would fit since my phone was taking forever to load and he told me it wouldn't and I needed a 90 dollar set of bulbs. Luckily my phone finally loaded right then and sure enough the part for half that price was going to work fine.
Neal was my hero today! I accidentally locked my keys in my car leaving foodlion, I was stranded alone with my 7 month old daughter and he came to my rescue and got me back in my car super quick. He was so kind and professional and I cannot thank him enough!
