Everytime, I go in there. Kenneth is always texting on his phone or have his phone in his pocket talking to someone on the phone. There is always a woman in there around Kenneth hugging up and talking about things that needs to be left at home. Kenneth is always spitting in the trash cans which is disgusting. It is always a health issue, if someone drops something in the trash can and they need to get it back out. If his spit is in there, you don't know if he has anything
