The associates are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! I highly recommend AutoZone in Starke Florida for all your automobile needs! We stopped there for headlights for my daughter’s car. Associates were more than happy to assist us with the type of lights we needed and happily installed them for us!
Zackery (Zack) was very pleasant to speak with. He seemed very knowledgeable and was enthusiastic when helping me understand what was going on with my car. He has a great personality and really made this situation easier to deal with.
Went in to get wipers for my car, let's just say the car is a low end suv from 2006. Front sales person sure tried to upsale the heck out of it, over $50 for front wipers. I just said, nope and walked out. Went to O'Reilly auto parts and got the dang blades for less than $20. That will be the last time I step foot in an AutoZone, and I have done considerable amount of business there. Don't know if it's just employees trying to get rid of inventory no one will buy or if the CEOs think they are needed a little too much. Plenty... read more
Always great help
Horrible service and management is even worse . This place is understaffed and associates are over worked will no longer be shopping here for anything. They don't treat their employees equally either.
