I came to this store a week ago around 8pm can’t remember the day but this guy I never seen before that works there was very rude while I was asking questions seems like he got tired of helping me and gave me he’s back and walk away and let me talking by my self so I left! I am a regular customer I have never ever was treated like this before won’t go back again! It’s outrageous!
Some guy was very rude to me and my friends, did not appreciate it J or whatever name. Very rude.

This has been my go to store since they opened their Spring Grove Location and have had decent service until today. Was looking to buy a replacement battery for my lawnmower, walked in with the bad battery expecting the employee to exchange it for me, instead he pointed to the general location of batteries in the store and told me to make sure I picked out the right one like I was a annoyance. Turned my 5 min trip into a 15 min trip sorting through all the batteries to find the correct one. Poor customer service.
We were one hour into a road trip when some check engine warning lights came on in our car. Elizabeth helped us out by running diagnostic codes and explaining possible problems and assuring us that it was still safe to drive until we could get to a dealer at home.
