I see Kim gets a lot of praise, and let me tell you she is beyond deserving of it! She helped me out when she didn’t have to and had every right not to, don’t be confused though she’s not a push over! Helped me with a part return explained there policy and gave me a very large bag to protect my parts in case I need to return, which with her service and expertise I doubt I will have to! 5 stars directly to Kim, give that lady a raise corporate! I so desperately needed a battery for my vehicle! They don't deliver, but my car wouldn't start so I really needed help! The manager of the store said she was going to lunch around 1:00 and she would deliver it! I thought OMG!!! I sooooo badly needed this blessing! And she was AWESOME! Great personality, knowledge of how to prevent corrosion of the battery and things i never knew! They have my business from this day forward!!!
