We arrived today around 6:30pm as we unfortunately blew a head gasket coming back from FL on our way back home to Lima OH. We were originally looking for a truck rental however we weren’t successful. When we arrived Mathew and Tylor were extremely helpful and kind. They helped us find the things we needed and assisted us with a smile on their face. This is probably the most kindest place I’ve ever stopped. Mathew and Tylor are the dream team and I would be happy to stop again!
Went here to get a new battery and the guy that works here didn’t install it correctly and caused me to break down so I had to have a stranger charge my battery up long enough to go to advances and they found out the bolt wasn’t tightened so it causes my car to die thanks a lot autozone you should be ashamed of yourselves I will never in my life shop here again I could have been stranded on the side of the road thanks to your worker who kept singing and talking to himself he’s a real piece of work
Stuck on the interstate at Corbin Kentucky luckily AutoZone had the part I needed. I called and they had it waiting when I got there such friendly service!
Huge shoutout to Matthew (manager) who was extremely helpful as I was stranded four hours away from home. He was kind to offer a jug of water for my dogs as it was 95+ degrees outside. He was extremely helpful in diagnosis and just customer service. Thank you!
had the part I needed
