I was there the other day and a young lady named Stacia was rude to me and she didn’t know what she was talking about and kept grabbing the wrong part and was overall horrible customer service
The store manager was so helpful !! I was so happy I stopped in to buy my blinker here. Friendly and even helped changing out my blinker for me !!! Great way to start my Monday ! thanks y’all
This store manager is outstanding. We were traveling through and needed a new battery for our jeep. He was great on the phone explaining the options - we asked about install and he said “if straightforward we can pop it in”. When we arrive he looked at situation in jeep - offered options - and with the best attitude I ca. remember in a retail environment installed the battery. It’s clear why this young man is store manager - I had his name in my mind but it’s been a crazy day.
