The store manager was so helpful !! I was so happy I stopped in to buy my blinker here. Friendly and even helped changing out my blinker for me !!! Great way to start my Monday ! thanks y’all
This store manager is outstanding. We were traveling through and needed a new battery for our jeep. He was great on the phone explaining the options - we asked about install and he said “if straightforward we can pop it in”. When we arrive he looked at situation in jeep - offered options - and with the best attitude I ca. remember in a retail environment installed the battery. It’s clear why this young man is store manager - I had his name in my mind but it’s been a crazy day.
Sergio was phenomenal, great conversationalist, very charismatic, and the service he provided was A+. Next time I’m in town and I’m in need of service, Sergio is the reason auto zone has my business!
I have never met such good people, all the workers are excellent guys, God bless them.
