The store in the middle of the day on October 19 2025 just “closed for 10 minutes” according to the handwritten sign left on the door. I drove all the way here, couldn’t use the store. I guess my business goes elsewhere

Rude and slightly arrogant employees. I've been going to autozones around the country for 27 years and this is the first time every having poor experience. I even offered a chance for for him to say "thanks we will consider your input", nope he came back at me with how wrong the customer is.
I bought a wiper blade for my car. I found the instructions to be unhelpful in terms of how to put the blade on. Likewise, YouTube was unhelpful. To make matters worse, not one person at AutoZone was able to help me. I went to the store twice and both times found no one who could tell me how to put on the blade I just bought.
