When I showed up completely unprepared, no tools, no backup, you didn’t hesitate. You stepped up, went way above and beyond, and made what seemed like an impossible battery swap on my watercraft feel almost effortless, even with that ridiculously tight space. ☆☆☆☆ (If I could give zero stars, I would.) I ordered a part from this location and paid extra for expedited shipping with a promised delivery date and time. That date and time have passed, and the part still hasn’t arrived. I calmly asked the General Manager if the expedited shipping fee could be refunded since the service I paid for wasn’t delivered.
