Grabbed a 5qt jug of oil off the shelf. when I got home found it was full of used oil called the store to let them know about it they told me it's impossible and that's it. I didn't ask for a refund because I understand they can't on something like that. what would I have to gain from calling and lie about that?
This is one of the nicest AutoZone I have been at. Doesn’t smell like there is a thing of grease opened up just sitting out. The floors look great, the staff is great always nice and friendly. Every time I need a part I make sure I go here every time. I highly recommend this place for parts
