Today I was very fortunate to receive exceptional top notch service from the Manager Alexander Hesse at Auto Zone Shirley Home Depot Mall. Alexander went above and beyond, even in this extreme heat, offered to take out the old battery in my Dodge Caravan and install in a new one. All this done with a sincere smile.
